Pierson was born and raised in the Adirondack mountains of northern New York and attended Clarkson University for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His passion for the outdoors influenced his career path in a small town on the Oregon Coast. During his time on the coast, Pierson was able to attend Upstream Rehabilitation Institute and obtain his specialty in Orthopedics. This program helped build a solid foundation for using functional movement observation to help with clinical decision-making, guiding treatment, and allowing optimal performance and function. Pierson finds value and helping his patients get back to what they love and getting them beyond prior performance levels. Whether you want to get back into sports, hike a mountain, or just be able to live an independent lifestyle safely, he's your guy.
